The Training Methods: A whole range of training methods are used to improve clients health, function and performance. These include:

Exercise Training: Methods include strength training, power training, stretching and mobilisation, cardiovascular training, sports-specific training, speed/agility/quickness (SAQ) training, core stability training, posture correction and rehabilitation.

Dietary coaching: Methods include advanced metabolic typing, and simple guidance, advice and coaching on eating the right foods for you as an individual, using appropriate cooking methods, food storage and how to purchase healthy food.

Lifestyle coaching: Methods include guidance, advice and coaching on achieving better sleep, reducing stress, and promoting physical activity.
