Purchasing and Payment: To purchase an item please contact Performance Elevation at info@performanceelevation.com or 01634 254983. James will endeavour to deal with your request as soon as possible. All prices are subject to alteration without prior notice and those charged will be the prices ruling at the time of despatch. Payment may be made via cash, cheque or paypal. Postage and Packing: Postage and packing (p&p) is not included in the products purchase price. However, appropriate p&p will be added to the amount, (dependent on buyers particular postage requests e.g. insured, fast/slow, self-collection etc. Delivery: At present, items will only be posted to the UK. Certain items are not available for delivery, and are available for collection only (this is stated in the product description where applicable). Performance Elevation will provide estimated delivery times. Returns and Refunds: Unless otherwise agreed between Performance Elevation and the purchaser, items are not eligible for refunds unless they are damaged upon arrival. Cancellations: Cancellation of orders must be notified to Performance Elevation in writing and only with prior agreement by Performance Elevation may an item be cancelled.
